ALEXANDER TECHNIQUE INTRODUCTORY WORKSHOPS

The introductory workshop is a gentle introduction to the guiding principles of the Alexander Technique and how it could help you. It will enable you to make an informed decision about whether to take your interest further.

The workshop is mostly seated, with some participation.

Workshop Contents:

• 2.00pm Introduction to tutor and participants
• Principles and application
• Brief history of the Technique
• Demonstrations

Break (tea, coffee and biscuits provided)

• Video while tutor works with participants
• Guided lying down*
• End by 5.00pm

*Please wear comfortable clothes. Head supports will be provided.
